Waltham Farmer’s Market - Season Opening
Waltham, Massachusetts, June 2021
This series marks the season’s opening of the Waltham Farmrs’ Market. With 70% of the state’s residents, and more than 80% of adults having received at least one vaccination shot, and with all the Covid numbers declining steadily, our governor was able to lift almost all pandemic restrictions. As you can see, there’s hardly a mask in sight. The day was cool with an overcast sky when I arrived (of course, the sun came out when I was ready to leave). The turnout was high, with everyone obviously enjoying their newly regained freedoms.
